We rented indoor space for nearly two years and had nothing but positivity with iStorage and the staff in Apollo Beach. The costs were competitive with other storage companies. The only reason we moved out was to save some money after we both retired. I installed two 4'x8' overhead garage racks which fits all of my previous iStorage items. A great storage company to use and convenient to get to and from.

Awasome, Rhonda is great. She really takes care of the place. Even sprays for bugs .

Lady at front desk (sorry forgot her name) is so nice and great to work with have no issues with communication always helpful when having issue all problems are solved quickly and professionally will be renting here for while thank you for all the help

Maybe 31/2? The place was great! Location, a/c, clean and tidy. Employees were top notch always!!! Price got a little out of hand. Reason for cancelling though was we moved into a permanent place where all of our goodies fit after 10+ years of travel for work.

Super easy storage experience. The two ladies that helped us were very nice and showed us several units since we weren't sure what size we'd need. Prices are competitive for the local market. Sure we could save some money by getting a unit in gibsonton or somewhere else but this is nice and close to home and in a highly visible spot that seems well covered by cameras. Love that they have staff onsite as well! As they were closing up the office for the day and my wife and I were sweating away getting boxes out of our truck they brought us ice cold waters. 5 out of 5.

Stored my boat at the Apollo Beach location for over a year. The area was always clean. Everyone at the office was very professional and checked at least twice daily to ensure that renters property was safe and secure. I was even notified if heavy rain accumulated on my boat cover. I cannot express my gratitude for the way they looked after everything stored at their location. Will definitely go back if I need storage space in the future!

We have had climate-controlled storage units at this location for over a year now. The facility is always clean, air conditioned at a good temperature and doors in good operating condition. The people who work here are extremely helpful. While pricey (and most places are), this one is worth the money.

Too easy! No unnecessary administrative process and delays. I haven't yet met a single employee. I loved that. My space was a little dirty and could have used some cleaning prior to me moving in but it didn't affect the move. This is how it should be done!

The staff is helpful and the facility is very clean. I rented two units for the past year and unfortunately since they were rented at different times, they couldn't figure out how to put the billings together. So, as a result, I paid one unit on the 22nd of the month and the other on the 5th of the month. It was aggravating and seemed like I was always paying them.

Just recently closed my account with iStorage. Other's experience may vary, but I simply used their services as intended- to store my household goods. I was a member for nearly 2 years and never encountered any issues and/or need to contact the managers. Never any hassle, no interruptions and no issues with neighborly tenants. The only issues to keep in mind is that it is not 24hrs, therefore you need to be in the secured area before 10pm. Other than that, I highly recommend and would use again.

We moved to the area for the military. As most military families know a PCS can be incredibly stressful. This move in particular has been very difficult with the timing of our closing and our household goods arriving. We had to get storage for our entire house while the closing on our home was delayed twice. We shopped storage all over and finally found iStorage. Debbie and Angie have been phenomenal. They found us the perfect size storage for a reasonable price. The place is clean and Debbie was great with my kids while I was filing out all the paperwork.

The Apollo Beach iStorage facility was excellent. The buildings were always clean and dry. The office staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. And there was unusually good communication between corporate (the "800 number" folks) and the local folks. My only complaint is the very poor lighting inside the storage spaces. Bring a big flashlight!

The gentleman that helped me upon my arrival was very outgoing and pleasant as well as very professional. I needed a small temporary storage area while cleaning out a home that we are putting on the market. IStorage has just what I needed at a reasonable price. I stopped in and met the manager who was very helpful. She showed me what was available and answered all my questions. That evening I went online and reserved my room. We went into the office on my reserved move in date, signed the paperwork and put our boxes in our secure room. It’s clean, climate controlled (critical in Florida), and convenient. 2019 Update - I just came back for the second year. Everything I said last year applies. I didn’t need to be shown around, so I just went online to reserve my room. Ashley called me to go over exactly which storage rooms were available so I could get the one that best fit my needs. Check in was easy. I’m happy again.😁

The manager was very helpful and the experience was very good. The only reason for 4 stars rather then 5 is the fact that my 5’ x 5’ unit in reality is 5’ wide (60 inches) by 4’ 5” ( 53 inches). So I was disappointed that I lost 1/2 foot of space when I could use every inch. Other then that I am happy at this time.

I love IStorage of Apollo beach. I previously had a controled unit with them and went out of town for a little while. As soon as we thought about coming back I immediately said “IStorage- I’m going back to them” the units are clean! It’s not a hard storage unit to move around and drive big moving trucks around either! It is very Well taken care of. Ashley has never failed me! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. She is a dedicated work for this company and has been there the three years that I have been using their units! She doesn’t just show you one unit either- ask and you shall receive. If your unsure of sizes let her know she can show you a few different ones cause they look bigger and or smaller in person than on paper! Got a lot of valuable that you cherish and need some where to store them safely? This is the place to go! Security gate and doors, pin code access, and cameras all around; and insurance is provided or recommend you get your own!

I had an air conditioned storage space here for a few years. At one point we had an outdoor storage space as well for a small boat. The facility is very nice inside, we never had a problem with the facility and move-out was a breeze. No red tape whatsoever. Everyone that I spoke to over the years was very nice. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I needed a space.

It was a dump some years back. Ashley cleaned it up and added moving accessories. It was a night and day difference. I recently changed units and found her to be extremely helpful in the process of showing units, making the transfer and is always extremely pleasant. iStorage of Apollo Beach is by far the nicest storage unit place I've ever used. On top of that Ashley the manager and her team are extremely kind and helpful. The best and safest experience I've ever had using a storage unit. I recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility.

This place sports a new two story a/c storage facility, in addition to their already existing outdoor facility. Friendly staff.

We had an excellent move in experience with Ashley calling us when the unit size we requested became available and set everything in motion most efficiently. We are very happy with the 10 x 35 dry and conveniently located storage unit and Ashley was very helpful with all the paperwork and move in instructions. I would highly recommend this company to store with and we will also rent our U-Haul from them as well.

Location great and clean but prices just a lil high for area. No complaints on employees they are awesome
