Ken Farmer went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! The facility is new, clean and easily accessible. Went back to rent another unit and met Steve Garita who was also fantastic. He helped us choose the right unit and found us a discount on line. Great service!

5 me start by saying that I was needing a big box for this baby activity mat I bought at a gently used baby boutique shop called Once upon a Child. The post office sid not have a big enough.bix and the thing about it was.it was more flatthan anything and I just could not fold or vend it in half. So Kevin sold me the biggest box they had and cut it open and rigged the box so that it layed flat like the mat, otherwise leaving it orinnally as a big bulk box would cist me so much to send it at the post office costing me more than the $20 I spent for it. So if Kevin did this for me and went out of his way even when I did not even have a storage unit there - can your picture the excellent customer service he would give to all customers/clientele. WOW he is truly AMAZING. Thanks Steve from all my heart - you are the BOMB!!!

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing SecurCare Self Storage in Erie, CO. I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere, and much of that positive experience can be attributed to the exceptional service provided by the Property Manager Ken. Ken's professionalism and dedication to customer service truly set the tone for my entire experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my storage needs were not only met but exceeded. He took the time to carefully explain everything, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and expertise.

A few unclear details regarding my initial visit to my unit. Some locations require a specific (yet unspecified in the email) lock, so the one I brought didn’t work. The guy at the front desk was so helpful in helping me get into the building and helping me get my lock sorted. He turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great and easy one!

The facility is clean and secure. Steve at the front desk was great. My only complaint is that after receiving a text and an email CONFIRMING my reservation for a 10x10, first floor unit, I was informed that it is really a "soft reservation". So I didn't really have a reservation at all. I ended up with a 10x10 on the 3rd floor. When I called the central number to see if I could email my insurance declaration pages, I learned that they do not have email.

Your Property Manager, Steve, was a very big help. He made the whole process easy, and was very friendly and professional.

I got so lucky with the kindness of Steve! I wasn’t aware I had to be there before 6 to get my storage unit and arrived at 6:30 with a fully packed uhaul. While I was trying to contact the number from my confirmation email, Steve pulled up (he had to stay late and was just about to drive away) and helped me out. I never expect things like this, but I am very grateful that he helped me out. Amazing employee who went above and beyond. Thank you 🙏🏻

Working with Steve was a joy! He was patient and thorough with his explanation. My husband and I were affected by the Marshall fire and he worked with us to ensure we could find a storage unit to fit our needs. The facility always felt clean and secure. 10/10!

I own Headband Movers and we had the pleasure to help a customer move-out of Blue Sky storage. The storage building was very clean, the elevators were big, and they had plenty of free carts for us to move our customers stuff! I highly recommend this storage if you need a place to storage your stuff.

Blue Sky Storage:Erie was a great find for us! The process was easy to accomplish long distance, as we were mpving from out-of-state and our phone conversations with everyone there were so pleasant. Annalise has been extremely helpful and accommodating in detailing out the information we needed. The facilities are very new and clean. Their location is easily accessible from lots of different areas... as we used the storage coming and going from our home and from surrounding Denver stores with our new furniture. And the pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to other storage companies nearby. All around, a good choice for us!! Thank you!

Top Notch! This week I moved all of the items my wife I had stored at another facility belonging to a different company. The staff at this facility is exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience. We had to change our move in date, Jennifer and Kristin took care of it with no problem. The facility is spotless. Loading and unloading are facilitated by elevators in more than one location in the building. The carts for moving items are extra large, which means fewer trips. The carts also maneuver easily as they have large wheels all four of which can rotate. The office is well organized, clean, and set up for COVID protocols so there is no worry on that score. High security cylinder locks are available for more secure protection of your stored items. Last, but not least, this facility is reasonably priced compared to others in the area that are not as well designed or well staffed. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Blue Sky is a very clean and friendly storage facility. The staff is very helpful and the cost is acceptable. I have a small storage room on the 3rd floor and access to it is easy and quick. I highly recommend Blue Sky Self Storage!

I was so excited to have an indoor climate controlled storage option finally right here in Erie for my work medical equipment. Jennifer the manager was super friendly, helpful, and professional. I got a great unit and at a terrific price as well. Super easy access and it's so new, nice, and clean. I highly recommend it.
