Thank you Ms. April for your welcoming customer service skills at the Mt. Holly, NC location. The information shared in reference to rates and sizes made the selection process so much easier. I appreciate the time taken to walk with me and show me which units were available. The paperwork process, monthly payment due date, and rate were explained and pointed out in the contract. The location was clean and accessible with cameras at every possible angle making sure customers were and felt safe upon entering and exiting the property. I'm totally satisfied with my choice of storage facility.

April is such a good spirit individual and provides excellent customer service whenever I needed something or had questions.

The area manager April and Assistant manager Zyajia , were both lovely people. They have great customer service skills. Not once did I feel rushed. Just some of the most amazing ladies !!

Fantastic service and amazing staff! We were in a bind and couldn't find anywhere with a 10x15 unit, but Debra was super amazing and was able to get us a storage unit quickly. After renting a unit we were able to unload our moving truck immediately into a very nice climate controlled storage unit. I feel like my stuff is safe and protected at SecurSelf Storage. Highly recommend doing business at this location.

I love the people at the highland Street location Tony and Deborah were wonderful they helped us out a lot they help my fiance and the kind enough to give him military discount considering with seniors that really helped us out a lot to keep a monthly bill out a lower rate which is affordable for us they were wonderful they took their time they were great thank you again.

Ms. Debra provided outstanding customer service. I had a question regarding my invoice and she was very patient and thorough in explaining the charges. Her delivery was very professional, and clarified all of my concerns. I love Secur Storage as it's always clean, the staff is very accommodating and I never encounter issues accessing my unit or accessing the facility after hours. Highly recommend this facility!

I recommend Security Self Storage because of the easy access..no elevators no stairs, 24 hour access, clean environment, climate control and no contracts. Debra was awesome at finding the best fit and size for our needs. She was patient with us and allowed us time to make a desicion based on other places we had researched. 5 stars for Debra!!

We had to reserve a unit at the last minute. Debra was extra friendly and helpful, even when we arrived only twenty minutes before closing. Not once did we feel rushed, or that we were a bother. She made sure to put us in a unit that was right for us, and explained everything at length. Thanks again Debra, for your amazing customer service.

Debra Carson is truly an asset to Securcare Self Storage @ MT. Holly! I've been a customer since July 31, 2017 and had an increase issue. I received 2 increases of $20 within 1 yr. Debra was the only one who pulled my actual file to see my start date because the computer was showing that I just became a customer. I was just about to leave as a customer. Ms. Debra Carson took such good care of me that I referred a family member to use Securcare! Thank you Ms. Debra for making my concerns a priority!

I had my stuff store in there

Ladies that work here are awesome (: I really love Cindy, she is the sweetest. The particular unit I rented {over the phone with CO on a Sat., so the guy had no idea of the unit location on the property & told me so.}, is the very worst on the site lol.. It's literally one of three inside what I can only describe as a sort pie slice area. Picture a normal line of units & then literally cut a pie into it & this unit is the 2nd.. Sooo it in fact is not a "drive up to" unit unless you're on a bike. The widest part is maybe ten feet & the best you can do is park long ways then get stuff over the rocks to or from the 5 foot door to the unit. It's very difficult & I've used every inch of that 10 x 10 inside by stacking uniform boxes. My initial price is still currently on the website. However, the only time I've paid 109$ {9$ for insurance} was the second month. Ever since it's a gamble lol.. Yes, I have been late & always expect a fee but it varies grossly. I paid online once to avoid the 5$ over the phone fee {I don't live close by} && after that every single time it says my password is wrong. I get annoyed, wait another day & so it goes on up from there. At 16 days late I paid 146.70$ to the CO office, at 22 days late I paid 137.50$ to the site office. Being there only twice since Dec of 2017 I was clueless the unit had leaked at the first from the door roof joint from side to side until 2 months ago. Boxes were dry but rippled & brittle from rain & one cabinet {from a Greece trip} I could see had & still has thick {looks alive} green mold on it. I mean it's like from repeated down pours & very obvious. With boxes stacked on top & all around I didn't have time to investigate more, but I did tell the ladies. I'll have them go with me when I am there in Jan, before I move anything & before I hold my breath to see the 2,500$ speakers {still in original boxes} that are in there. Life has thrown a few curve balls, trapped me until I can get my stuff. I've hung in because those few things {it isn't a lot when it's all you have} are sentimental to me, were expensive & I've now paid four years storage in VA {80$ for 20 x 10 & inside} & now a year in NC so I've gone too far to let go now ☺.. But the one thing that makes me smile although all this, is Cindy. She has no idea what my life is & because she's so nice & pleasant for the time I manage to be at that unit I almost forget the struggle myself. She just has an energy that is positive, pleasant & impossible to be sad or mad around. I hope you guys appreciate her 💕, she's holding the whole place down.

The process was simple & the staff was very friendly. The storage unit space was very clean. Having 24 hr access with an off hours entry code is extremely convenient. Although I have an outside unit they are enclosed as a bldg & seem to be ventilated well at the top. This is my 1st experience & month with a storage unit & so far I feel comfortable storing items here. I am adding 9/29/18- I checked my items in storage after Florence came through and everything looked fine in an overview from the entrance.

Quiet, well kept lot with great security features and knowledgable, friendly staff.
