I used to work in Customer Service for Cigna Corporation & understand the pressures & personality traits that provide strengths to a Customer Service Rep doing an excellent job helping callers. Ric was the BEST! An excellent Customer Service Rep as he was patient & kind. Better yet, he's adept at explaining everything so well, in easily understood terms. I’ve had a unit here for about a year, and this place is the best. It’s clean and and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Overall my experience was fantastic, moving back to California from Texas I needed a place to store some of my belongings for a short period of time and Kassidy was a huge help and made it very easy to get the unit size I was looking for.

I did it all online and it was fast and easy.

I don’t remember the young man’s name, I was having trouble with my roll up door the lock wouldn’t fit and the young helped me with it. Then I couldn’t figure how to use the gate and he kind to a old man and told me how to use it I felt kind of silly but he was friendly. Very nice young man.

The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. This is my second time using this facility and it has been a wonderful experience.

We love Extra Space Storage! The staff is friendly and professional and so willing to help out, they make you feel welcomed and secure. The grounds are very well maintained and always super clean. They have a great insurance policy incase of any damage done to your belongings including natural disaster and theft, although I wouldn't worry about theft because the grounds are super secure. We rent an indoor climate controlled space and we couldn't be happier with the service and the price! This really has been a great experience for my husband and I and we will forever use this location for all of our storage needs!
