We definitely recommend this storage place if you are looking for storage that is well maintained plus good customer service. They also have a cool feature for people who like to use their cell phones to get into the facility with an app on your cell phone if you prefer.

Been using this location for a little over a year without any issues. The grounds are always clean. Milton is the only staff I’ve met and he’s always gives a warm welcome. He’s quick to offer assistance and very professional.

Since 2009 I have had my personal items in SecurCare Self Storage. I have always felt my items are stored securely and haven't had any negative impression of this site. MILTON has always been extremely professional and personable. He is always willing to assist me with ANY questions or concerns I address to him. MILTON is always patient with me, especially when I have forgotten the security code to enter the property (which is quite often due to my forgetfulness). The property is VERY CLEAN and well organized. MILTON is a GREAT representative of the SecurCare facility, and I look forward to seeing him when I have to visit my storage unit. I pray MILTON will stay with SecurCare Self Storage for as long as I use this facility to store my items. We live in an era where customer service is truly lacking or even non existent with businesses. It is a pleasure to receive very good assistance/customer service each and every time I need to come to the facility. MILTON definitely is a GREAT REPRESENTATION OF THE SECURCARE franchise.

I had the the worst best experience here. I've been storing here for almost 3 years. I fell on hard times SEVERAL times. But Mr. Milton has been a God send! He's worked with me within his company's policies as much as he could. He has ALWAYS been polite, kind, understanding and professional! Even through my auction, very professional and thorough. Even though my experience ended in the worst way, it has no reflection on them as their service has always been exemplary! I highly recommend renting from them. Always clean facility and in a safe area!

Nice place. I would’ve given it a 5 but the Staff Melvin can be a little rude, often. Make sure you know your contract because half the time I don’t think he knows & he’s been there for a long time. How? I don’t know.
