Nathan P. took good care of getting me set up with a unit. The location is clean and halls well lit. Only issue is that the storage units do not have any lighting - never been to a storage facility with no lights in the units, but this is made up by the lower prices.

Sarah came from her location to help us with our unit on 49th after we had been calling and going over there for four days. Her personality is so bubbly and warm. Wonderful management and great storage units that are convenient and cooled off. Was worried reading some of the reviews regarding previous management, but the new manager was so inviting and kind. Completely indoor units with free usage of Dollies to make moving in easier. Overall a great experience.

Phenomenally easy move-in. I showed up on 5/16/23 as the manager was on her lunch break. Her name is escaping me. Regardless, she took time out of her lunch to accommodate my move-in instead of making me wait, which she definitely could have! Nothing but great things to say. She was extremely helpful. Great experience all around. Give that woman a raise.

I would just like to say that all I needed was a storage that was affordable for such small amount of time for very few items. And I went one location and I met Carlos at the 52nd location here in Phoenix and he made it all possible for me. Thank you!

They are really clean it's inside a building, not with a door on the outside. Never too hot or cold and cost effective.😃

We stopped in today after booking online, our original unit was on the lower floor, Carlos was super helpful and said he had a unit on the main floor available, he easily switched us to the better unit for a great deal. Excellent service and couldn’t be more satisfied at the high level of customer service Carlos provided us.

I think this is an excellent option for storage it is inside and cooled so that helps. Just wish the hours were a little longer say 6am to 8pm.

Just like the other reviews read, I had a very positive experience. I called Carlos at 11am inquiring about their units. He was very courteous & knowledgeable and provided info about all the available units. I drove right over & met him and he showed me units of different sizes. I chose one, he reviewed the contract thoroughly with me, I signed it and walked out the door 30 min later. Total time from initial contact to contract signing was less than one hour. Excellent customer service!!

Best experience we’ve had so far with a storage unit. We went to down the street to the public storage and that was the worse place/experience ever! We got to this place last minute, Carlos helped us get in quickly. We even received a free moving truck for the day which was from their other sister property down the street. Even that property was great and attentive to work with! Thank you for turning a nightmare storage experience into a good one for us! Def recommended!

carols was the one that helped me hear I’ve never used storage so Carlos also helped advise the best size locker I wasn’t sure what size I needed and he was efficient in not only his knowledge but his experience to helped me make the right choice.he showed me sizes of the units multiple times an was patient. He went through the numbers 2 to make sure I knew what I was getting and paying for. If your looking to just store your belongings with good people storage america is your place. I was also quoted a price over the phone and it ended up being cheaper. This was an easy process

I’ve never needed to rent a storage unit before. Jose was very patient and helped me assess what I needed. He even showed me different size units so I could visualize how big they were. I was able to get exactly what I needed and at a very fair price. StorAmerica has some great deals. I had a very positive experience and would recommend StorAmerica to anyone.

I just rented a storage unit here today, and had checked reviews first, as one does. I noticed that many customers noted pleasant experiences with Carlos. First of all, the prices and location are great, whatever, it's storage. Carlos really is fantastic, he explained how everything works, and made sure I know what to expect and how to reach him. Carlos not only does a great job, but he's fun to talk with, making a mundane transaction not mundane at all. Somehow he hasn't seen any of the Star Wars movies, but that wasn't a big enough deal to take a star off my rating. Just kidding Carlos, but seriously, watch the original 3 films, and the other shows we talked about. Thank you for making this fun!

Today I made a phone call to this location and spoke with a sales rep named Alex. Previous to calling StorAmerica I had visited and called a few other storage unit companies...so by the time I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex, I was not exactly the most delightful person to deal with I can honestly say. I started with asking Alex a few questions in regards to the policies of renting a storage there. He was so patient and informative that it promoted me to set a reservation for a storage. Once getting to the StorAmerica location still a bit upset because I had been searching for a storage without any luck and just wanted everything to continue to be smooth, Alex had shown the specific unit that would be rented and I must say the location was very clean, the hallways were clear, the unit was easily accessible. I really hope to recommend a lot more customers to this location and any of the other locations. The genuine customer service that was received today was so outstanding. I am a very difficult customer but Alex was so patient and got me squared away, made sure I understood all of the paperwork that was being signed and went over the insurance with me. Nothing else could have made this experience better. Thank you.

They staff are nice, but they don't take partial payments so don't get behind. They also harrass you by phone, text, and email even if you're only a few weeks past due!

Friendly and clean. Really hot on upper levels in the summer even though there is some cool air coming very gently out of a vent. It doesn't go far down the hallways. Comfortable in the winter.

I researched about twelve different companies and initially selected StorAmerica for it's competitive pricing. Further dealings with them proved to be immensely satisfying. There is no question they want to earn your business and take good care of you. District Manager Clarissa and Maria (not sure her title) were impressive. Caring, friendly, fun, organized; and the facility is clean and cool, and very security minded. I recommend StorAmerica to anyone looking for affordable, safe storage.
