North Country Club Storage Solutions was exactly what I was looking for. What attracted me was the price and location. The initial process was very quick and the man who was there assisted me through the process. Upon leaving, the older lady who was there was friendly and helped me very much as well as ensuring I was properly informed about things I was mistaken about and was very easy. I utilized this storage for two years and the rates did not go up by much over that time. All my stuff was good and you have the freedom to come and go from your unit as you need to, without physical contact with anyone. 10/10

The customer service is great. We were at this location for a year and they always advised us of any changes in hours and updates to their property. It was an easy close out as well. We appreciate all that was done to store our items.

Terri the manager is amazing! She is so friendly and so helpful. They offer a truck to use for free (with a refundable cash deposit) to move your things in. She helped me get a unit, get the truck, and gave me late access when I had one weekend to pack and move my 3 bedroom apartment into storage. I’m so happy with North Country Club Storage Solutions that I will always use them whenever I’m in need of a storage unit. Don’t even bother checking with anyone else. They’re the best!

Location is great and Terry at the front desk was great to work with. I was able to get a space that day!... and then I was able to use their moving truck free of charge for my initial move in. Can't get better than that. Thanks for being there when I needed it ... painting and remodeling is so much easier with empty rooms. :)

We used this facility from 2011 to 2016. And we are back again. September 2021. The people are always great to work with. Michelle was wonderful. She answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions. UPDATE... September 2022. We are no longer in need of storage. But this place is great! We've never had any issues. Their facility is clean and well taken care of. Their customer service is wonderful! Great people! We will definitely be back if ever needed. Thank you so much!

They have done nothing but work with me and allow me to get thru the merging of a divorce......out of state living....and my over the top sometimes amount of stuff. We needed some extra storage....ya know...christmas & halloween decorations, camping stuff, etc. the kind of thing you need but don't have room for. so I googled storage units, North Country Club Storage Solutions was one of the closest places with the best prices. Price is right

I needed to rent a unit, shopped around for a storage last week and rented the unit there despite the fact that I live just across a competitor, The reason is this new manager they have there he name is Jose, He is attentive, polite, knowledgeable and most important very honest. When my girlfriend and I got inside the office there were 2 more customer's 1 of them was mad and screaming about the service the last manager provided. Jose managed the situation in a way I know I wouldn't. Jose was cordial and kept his calm. He diffused the situation and took care of the other customer who by the way also complained about the last manager. I do recommend this place to do business with.
